vpbat Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vpbat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vpbat website at https://vpbat.io and all associated services, products, and features including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered therein.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or simply by accessing or using any part of the vpbat platform, you confirm that:

• Personal use: Your account must be used solely for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for commercial gain, professional arbitrage, or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the vpbat platform or any affiliated platform.

vpbat reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the eligibility conditions are not or are no longer satisfied.

Section 03

Account Registration

To access the full range of vpbat services, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point of account use remains accurate and up to date. Should any of your details change, you must update your account profile promptly or notify vpbat customer support at [email protected]. vpbat accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the user.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any wagering, deposit, withdrawal, or account action carried out using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you were personally responsible for that action. vpbat will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

vpbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• The account holder is unable to satisfy identity or age verification requirements;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the player following a verification process.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the vpbat platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vpbat supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit cap, though transaction limits may apply depending on your chosen payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to your vpbat account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• vpbat does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside vpbat's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 60 minutes during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• vpbat reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all users equally.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering conditions applicable to the relevant bonus offer.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

vpbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail in relation to that offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the vpbat platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Sportsbook

All bets placed on the vpbat sportsbook — including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to the sportsbook rules. Bets are not accepted from persons with inside information regarding the outcome of any event. vpbat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the integrity of that event is under investigation by a recognised sporting body.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Errors and Technical Faults

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vpbat platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through collusion, account duplication, or the use of software tools to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any other automated software to interact with the vpbat platform without prior written consent.
• Money laundering: Using the vpbat platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of crime.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used for wagering on the platform.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the vpbat platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software code, promotional materials, and the vpbat brand name and associated marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of vpbat or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use vpbat's intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial access to the platform as a registered user.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the vpbat platform without prior written authorisation from vpbat. Unauthorised use of vpbat intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vpbat excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the vpbat platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses incurred through wagering or gaming activity on the platform;
• Any reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.

vpbat's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
